1. The image I posted is a clock with the word excellence at the bottom. It describes achievement to the top.
2. I think the image in the poster communicate the point of the poster because it shows what excellence can do for you. It can take you to the top where all the finer things in life are
3. There wouldn't be a good color for the background or anything. Its fine the way it is.
4. The words on the poster are big. They appear at the bottom of the picture to describe the point of the picture.
5. My opinion on the front of the word in the poster is its a perfect match for the poster. Its not to big and not to small.
